How to Join SGA

Each branch of SGA elects/selects its members differently.  See below for information about how to join each branch.

FALL SEMESTER
Freshman Forum
Applications will be available online in mid-summer.  Students will be interviewed and selected during the first month of fall semester.

Senate/Class Officers
Senate and Class Officer elections take place at the beginning of fall semester.

Presidential Advisory Council
Students are invited to participate at the beginning of fall semester.  Selection is based on students' involvement in other areas of campus life.

Student Activities Council
Applications will be available in mid-fall semester.  Students will be interviewed and selected in November.

SPRING SEMESTER
Student Judiciary Council
Applications will be available in mid-spring semester.  Students will be interviewed and selected prior to the end of spring semester.

Student Executive Board
Elections take place in mid-spring semester.
